Pac-12 announces women's basketball players of the week

Player of the Week: Kristine Anigwe, California
• 3 GP, 29.7 ppg, 11.7 rpg, .635 (33-52), .639 FT (23-36), 4 asst, 2 stl, 5 blk  
• Led Cal to three wins in three days at the 2016 Puerto Rico Classic in Las Vegas, including a victory over No. 20 Oklahoma on Tuesday evening.
• Back-to-back 30-point, 15-rebound performances as the Bears improved to 12-0, going for 32 points and 15 rebounds in the Bears' 82-74 win over the 20th-ranked Sooners, and a 39-point, 16-rebound performance in a 80-55 win against Arkansas State on Wednesday.
• Scored 30 or more points three times this season, trailing only Washington's Kelsey Plum for the most by any player in Division I basketball this season, and is the only player to score 30 points on consecutive calendar days.

Freshman of the Week: Mikayla Pivec, Oregon State
• 3 GP, 12.7 ppg, 4.7 rpg, .737 (14-19), .857 FT (6-7), 6 asst, 4 stl, 0 blk  
• Made her first career start against Quinnipiac on Tuesday at the #Play4Kay Shootout in Las Vegas, putting up 17 points on 6-for-7 shooting in the Beavers’ 75-60 victory.
• Followed with 17 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals in a 73-54 win against Oklahoma State in the tournament championship game.
• Recorded a key steal and hit two clutch free throws in the closing minute of the Beavers' 62-59 win over UNLV on Monday.
• Named to the #Play4Kay Shootout All-Tournament Team.
