Troy Franklin brought in seven receptions for 106 yards and two touchdowns in a 81-7 victory for No. 15 Oregon over Portland State on Saturday, Sept. 2 in Eugene. Franklin put together his second career game with two receiving touchdowns and his fourth career game with 100 receiving yards.
