Washington State's Gardner Minshew II nabs Pac-12 Football Offensive Player of the Year honors after commanding performance in pocket

Washington State quarterback Gardner Minshew II is named Pac-12 Football Offensive Player of the Year on December 4, a day after winning the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award. Minshew II has thrown for more than 300 yards in each of the 11 games he's played in this season and has accumulated 4,477 passing yards, the third most in WSU history and fifth most in Pac-12 history. He threw for a career-high 473 yards, connected on 43 of 55 passing attempts and seven touchdowns versus Arizona on November 17.
