OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Skylar Fields, Sr., OH, USC (Missouri City, Texas)

  • Helped USC go 1-1 with a win over crosstown rival UCLA, recording 6.13 kills per set on .339 hitting and 6.80 points per set.
  • Added 1.88 digs per set, seven blocks and an ace.
  • In a four-set win over UCLA in the regular season finale, posted her 10th double-double of the season with 23 kills and 10 digs to go along with five blocks against the Bruins. 
  • In a 3-1 loss at No. 24 Washington, tallied 26 kills on .455 hitting and recorded five digs, two blocks and 6.9 points per set.
  • The 20-plus kill performances against the Huskies and Bruins were her 16th and 17th matches with 20 or more kills this season, while it was her 28th time reaching double digit kills in 2022.
  • She ranks fifth in the nation and leads the Pac-12 in kills per set (5.14) and point per set (5.55).
  • Fourth Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week honor in 2022 after earning it in three consecutive weeks from Oct. 3 to Oct. 17. The four offensive honors in a single season are the most since Washington's Kara Bajerma earned the award five times in 2019.
  • Accounts for all four of USC's Offensive Player of the Week honors this season while the Trojans have earned 27 overall.

  • Led the No. 5 Stanford defense to a pair of wins over Oregon State and Cal to help the Cardinal capture the 2022 Pac-12 Championship and extend its winning streak to 18 matches.
  • In a four-set win over Oregon State, posted five blocks, seven kills and 2.4 points per set as Stanford clinched the title outright for the 20th time in program history.
  • In a 3-0 sweep over rival Cal, tallied a season-high 11 blocks to go along with seven kills on .500 hitting and 4.3 points per set.
  • The 11 blocks against the Bears are tied for fourth-most in a single match this season.
  • Second career Pac-12 Player of the Week award (Nov. 22, 2021).
  • Third straight week a Cardinal has earned the defensive honor and fourth time this season; Stanford's league-leading 32nd award all-time.

  • Saw her first collegiate action in the regular season finale against UCLA, recording a double-double with 39 assists and 12 digs in her Trojan debut. 
  • Pressed into action after USC's starting setter went down with an injury, helping the Trojans to the four-set victory over their rivals.
  • Added three blocks and two kills.
  • First freshman outside of Oregon's Mimi Colyer and Stanford's Elia Rubin to earn the honor in 2022.
  • USC's 21st Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honor all-time.
