MEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Nathan Ponwith, Sr., ARIZONA STATE (Scottsdale, Ariz.)

• Went 2-1 in singles and picked up a doubles victory during No. 21 ARIZONA STATE's gauntlet this week that featured matches against No. 50 Tulsa, No. 28 Oklahoma and No. 2 Baylor, all on the road. 
• Ponwith's singles wins against the Golden Hurricane and Sooners helped ASU (11-2) reach a 10-match winning streak, and helped the senior captain reach a team-best 10 wins.
• Ponwith's victories this week included a three-set victory over No. 67 Kody Pearson of Tulsa.

WOMEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Michaela Bayerlova, Sr., WASHINGTON STATE (Krumbach, Germany)

• Posted two wins in WASHINGTON STATE’s upset of No. 16 USC on Sunday, marking just the second time in program history that WSU has defeated USC. 
• Defeated No. 103 Naomi Cheong at No. 1 singles in three sets to give WSU a 3-1 lead in the match.
• Teamed with Hikaru Sato to defeat Cheong and Eryn Cayetano 6-4 at No. 1 doubles, helping WSU capture the opening doubles point.
